The heel sports five rings on the heel as a nod to Kobe Bryant's five NBA titles, while the tongue sports a unique compass graphic, and a colorful pattern emerges on the toe. For the Nike Vault release in Los Angeles, the shoe came in special gold packaging with five branded hang-tags.
